Option 2: 30 day Challenge + Custom Meal Plan
-You'll get everything listed in option 1 plus a custom meal plan written specifically for you, your body type and your goals
Meal plan will include:
-Daily meals listed out in detail
-recommended grocery list
-List of healthy snack options
*You will use this meal plan for the 30 Days and then should you join next months challenge with meal plan we will completely change up your meal plan based on the progress you've made.
